A £5 Per head deposit is required to confirm your booking. This amount will be deducted from your bill -or refunded to your payment card through our booking system if booked the same day- at the end of your drinks session.
Our venue is currently operating in line with government COVID-19 guidelines. In order to comply with the current guidelines:
-We cannot accommodate more than 6 people per table, including children and toddlers
-Customers are required to wear a face covering at all times inside the venue except when seated at a table.
-All customers must scan the provided NHS QR code to Check In using the NHS COVID-19 app upon arrival. Alternatively customers must provide Test & Trace details to a member of staff before being seated. We are unable to admit customers that refuse to provide information for the Test & Trace service or scan the QR code provided using the NHS COVID-19 app.
-Tables can only be booked for a maximum of 2 hours and 30 mins per session. At the discretion of the manager on shift, parties may be able to remain at their table beyond the end time of their booking until 15 mins before the arrival time of the following booking.
-We cannot guarantee that multiple tables booked for the same party will be seated near to each other.
–Takeaway alcohol will be available via click & collect and walk ups from 12th April during venue opening hours.
-In the event of cancellation due to rain and where shelter cannot be provided deposits can be refunded.
–In the case of a change in Government guidelines, you will be able to either move your booking to the next available date or request a refund of your deposit.
24 hour cancellation and no show policy:
We reserve the right to retain the full sum of deposit paid for any booking which is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice prior to the start time of the booking or for bookings which are not attended without prior notification. Please notify our front of house team if you are expecting to be late in turning up to your booking by calling 01206 453014. Tables will only be held for a 20 minute period from the start time of the booking.
Please contact our Front of House Team if you cancel more than 24 hours before your booking to have your deposit refunded. The deposit refund process is not automatic and will need to be initiated by a member of our management team.
